Cheap cheap!

What can you get for twenty American dollars? I am hoping to get one day worth of travel done. On July 3rd I will be flying into Santiago in South America to begin my 6 months travel in the continent. I've never been there before, but I hear it's cheap. Cheap is good! Cheap is why I like to travel in 3rd world countries. Cheap can also make one's dollar stretch far!!!
